Essays in Psychology

Man is born as a biological being.

As a social individual, personality and individuality, a person becomes a social experience in communicating with other people. Man has grown out of the primordial bar, so man is by nature a social, collective being who needs contacts with himself. For a normal person, isolation from others is unbearable, the feeling of loneliness is one of the most psychic traumatic feelings of a person.

Every person has a need that he can live in to satisfy. Each of us has a need for human communication, the need to be an elder in what is the largest “we”. It is a necessity of a person’s current affiliation. There is a need for affection, affection. Man wants to feel warm feelings for someone and wants others to give sympathy to him. One needs to be aware of himself as a unique personality that has never been, and will not be. It is a need for self-confidence. For psychological comfort, a person needs to feel his or her importance to others, even a few, to his or her family – the need for self-affirmation. All these needs can only be met by people in contact with other people in training, in everyday life, in everyday life, etc., there is no other way. Most often, in the context of communicating thoughts and feelings or in self-revelation situations, we get an idea of ourselves and others. By developing communication skills, we can influence our self-esteem and make life richer.

Living in a society, each individual contacts other individuals and performs different roles. In this process thinking, character, etc. are formed.

Character is the individual qualities of a personality, which determine a person’s typical behavior in a typical situation with respect to people and the surrounding world (a set of human habits that determine a certain type of behavior in a particular situation). The character includes the individual peculiarities of the human being, which have developed over a long period of time under the influence of living conditions and upbringing (as a result of social features) and have acquired great resilience. It begins to develop almost from birth, and this development is ongoing. Character features may be more or less pronounced. They can change during life and depend on the individual.

The character is closely related to temperament.

It marks individual trains, gives them a specific color, so each character is individual and unique. Temperament is the most general and important characteristic of every person that can be given to his nervous system – so he knows everything that an individual does (determines the process, intensity, speed, pace and rhythm of the mental and physical processes and states). Temperament is not the same as character, because it expresses mainly the individual psychological qualities characteristic of man, but does not determine personality traits. So any person of temperament can be honest or villain, good or evil, talented or unworthy. Temperament is relatively stable and constant. It is little affected by the environment.

By temperament type, I am a sanguine – a living type of man (strong balanced, moving nerve type). By describing myself as a sanguine, I can say that I easily overcome the difficulties and the heavy loads, I experience the stress, I am restrained (possess high self-control), get used to the change of living conditions quickly and easily, find a common language with the surrounding people, so I am quite sociable and I don’t feel like a glass if you come across unfamiliar people. I am an enthusiastic participant in life if there are many interesting jobs and if there are at least some well-known people in the team. I am striving to actively participate in joint activities aimed at good mood and building a warm relationship. I am cheerful, joyful, happy to start everything new, passionate about engaging in work, passionate about being involved (I’m excited about the work to be done, I’m pretty critical). Emotionally, my feelings are born quickly, but quickly disappear, changing, so I can overcome the depressed mood with ease. The qualities of the Sangwinian are also manifested in the nature of teaching. If it is monotonous, I often deal with side things (listening to music or drawing) or I have been thinking about it as something else (for example, what trousers will I pull to “Tonus”). I see the learning material quickly, so I need less explanations and tutorials. More rational, correct work organization is needed.

It is very rare to find a “pure” temperament type.

Typically, there are types of signs with several temperament types. I believe that I also have a melancholic trait – I am very sensitive internally, but often feel deep feelings. I also have the characteristics of a phlegmatist: purposefulness – I am patiently and persistently trying to achieve the intended, but this characteristic only manifests itself clearly when the work is varied and satisfies the desire for change of impression. I worked relatively quickly, I did my work rhythmically, at normal speed. These qualities help me achieve good results. It also has a sense of responsibility.

I am an extrovert – a person who focuses mainly on objects of the outside world, other people. Extravertra describes an initiative-rich, active, socially adapted person with a high degree of sociality. I am ready to listen to others, understand, show compassion, help. That’s why my friends and family members quite often tell me about their problems, successes and failures. It sometimes makes me wonder what other qualities I have, that it is important for many people to talk to me. Despite the fact that I understand people close to me, I also need new faces, new contacts. I think there are a lot of interesting people around me who would like to get to know them, to know their thoughts about human relationships, about life. This is most often the case with communication with modern technology – chat. Here I can meet people who are unfamiliar with me and talk about the different things that matter to me. The conversation doesn’t matter how the interlocutor looks. The main thing is that he is able to give advice on solving problems and the power to withstand the shocks of life, to share experiences, to show everyday things in a “different light”. There are cases when even unfamiliar people, for whom I have a good impression, will be very caught. I am aware that it can limit my independence.

I have specific features of a random type of person.

At the same time, I was able to solve several problems, look at several questions. This style of mind manifests itself in different life situations, such as conversations with friends. When we talk about a particular topic, I tend to “switch” – ask questions about what is not related to the topic of the conversation (since I myself have short-sightedness, often appreciate the frame of the member of the conversation, so I can suddenly ask if I can see them). This can be explained by the ability to quickly shift your attention.

Attention is the direction chosen by the psyche at a given moment and the focus on a particular object or phenomenon.

The need to always do the day’s schedule, even when you do not want and when there is a more interesting job, requires the effort of a person’s will, cultivates his ability to consciously focus on what he needs, exercises his long-lasting resilience, and makes him not to be tempted by the effects of tempting side factors. I can say for myself that I often try not to hear the conversations of the comrades and to focus on learning a new substance.
